With our Virtual Vehicle Viewing service, you can now see vehicles of interest from the comfort of your own home, office or on your travels. This simple and cost-effective service is available at all IE Operation Centres and can:
Easily Book a Virtual Vehicle Viewing for Only €12.50 Per Vehicle!
Step 1 - Book Your Virtual Vehicle Viewing
Book a 10-minute timeslot to view an individual Lot of your choice at any of our 1 IE Operation Centres. It costs just €12.50 per vehicle, with the Virtual Vehicle Viewing taking place over WhatsApp video call.
*Please note: Virtual Vehicle Viewings at Hixon are limited to 1 booking per day. Vehicles stored at Skelmersdale are not available for Virtual Vehicle Viewings.
Step 2 - Download WhatsApp
Head to the App Store and download WhatsApp for free. Make sure your account is set up and the App is up-to-date, prior to the call, to ensure we can contact you at the set time.
Step 3 - Await Your Video Call
A Copart teammate will video call you and give you a live tour of your chosen vehicle. You will have the opportunity to request to be shown the interior and exterior of the vehicle, including any areas of damage or concern you may have, and we will start the engine (if possible).

Virtual Vehicle Viewings cannot take place on weekends or bank holidays. Your appointment must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, and cannot take place on the day of the auction. Please note, viewings cannot be booked for the day of the auction.

How long is a Virtual Vehicle Viewing?
All Virtual Vehicle Viewings are limited to 10 minutes per appointment.
How much does a Virtual Vehicle Viewing cost?
There is a €12.50 administration fee, which is non-refundable. If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will need to book another appointment and repay the administration fee.
When can I book a Virtual Vehicle Viewing?
All Virtual Vehicle Viewings must be booked at least 48-hours in advance.
How do I access the Virtual Vehicle Viewing?
To access the video call, you will need an active and up-to-date WhatsApp account. You can download this from your smartphone App Store for free. A trained and dedicated teammate will guide you through the process.
