Our Festive Opening Hours 2025

We have some important information for you below regarding our Festive Opening Hours so that you can plan ahead.

Auctions will not run on Thursday, 25th December 2025. Our next auction will take place on 16th December, with no auction scheduled on 9th December, and our first auction in the New Year will be on 6th January 2026.

Payments

Please note, Bank Transfer is the fastest method of payment and if you choose to use an alternative payment method such as Bank Pay, this could take up to 24 hours to be applied.

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer you must ensure you use either the generated reference number, member number or lot number as the beneficiary reference for the payment. You can find more information on how to do this in our Support Centre.

We do not want you to incur any late payment charges over the Bank Holidays, so if you require our assistance to process your payment, please contact us on 045244545 before 3:30 PM on Wednesday, 24th December 2025.

Collections

If you wish to collect, please note that vehicle collection appointments will not be available on 25th December 2025, 26th December 2025 and 1st January 2026.

If you have made payment for your vehicle, you will be able to book collection. Please arrange a suitable collection appointment via our Transportation App.

All collections must be pre-booked through the Transportation App.

Storage charges will incur over the bank holiday dates. More information about vehicle storage periods and Operation Centres timings can be found on our Locations page.
